We are a small busy family business, so to keep things smooth and clear we allow 1 full working day to process, therefore orders are dispatched the next working day Monday to Thursday only. If you require a rushed delivery, please get in touch and we'll try to help. Extra delivery costs will be incurred.

Delivery is a flat rate of £4.95 or free when you spend over £50. This applies to UK mainland only. For orders outside of UK mainland, please contact us for a quote as extra days and costs are incurred. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Couriers will leave a card or in some cases deliver to a neighbour, or return to their depot. Alternatively, If you know you are not going to be home you can use the tools by our couriers site via the tracking link we send you once your order has been dispatched.

Your tracking number will be displayed in your order status page which you access from the email you recieve once we have dispacthed your goods.

Anytime from 0800 - 2000 Monday to Friday (in some cases, Saturday also). You will recieve a delivery time slot on the day of delivery, so you dont have to wait in all day. This is provided by the courier and we have no control over them. These times can vary at busy times.

Yes. Please contact us so we can arrange a Saturday delivery. We must be informed by Thursday midday to arrange and dispatch your order in time. 

We currently only use DHL next day services for all orders.

All orders are dispatched from the UK, so rest assured your items are in good hands and not travelling from afar.

Given the nature of our products, we only offer delivery to UK.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, they are printed directly from the information you give us when submitting your order online. We can only change an address before your item goes into production or dispatch. Get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get this changed.


No. All of our treat boxes are ambient temperature pastries & biscuits, therefore, they do not require refrigerating and should be kept at room temperature out of direct sunlight & away from any heat sources. For more information, please see the product tabs udner ewach prouct page.

Note: All of our products have a best before and not a use by date. In your treat box, you will find your contents label with all necessary information including ingredients, allergens and best before date. You can also find more detailed information under the ingredients tab on each individual product.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PASTRIES & BISCUITS ARE PRODUCED AND PACKED IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE ALL NUTS THE ALLERGENS & INGREDIENTS OF EACH PASTRY/BISCUIT MAY CONTAMINATE OTHER ITEMS IN OUR BOXES. 

We take great care and pride in packing our bespoke boxes. Your order arrives inside a food safe grade two piece base & lid box with each pastry/biscuit sat in a paper cake case and all this is then packed into a postal box with protective air pockets surrounding the treat box. We pack tightly and neatly to minimise any transit damage.

No. We import all our goods directly form our manufacturer in Italy.

Yes. We have a small £10 minimum order requirement. 

As our goods are perishable and made to order, we don't accept returns, however we always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you are not satisifed, just email us directly or get in touch and we'd be happy to help.

If you need to cancel an order placed with us, you can do so at any time, unless it is has already begun production or dispatched. Please get in touch to enquire on your order progress. 

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in time, we ask you to double check your tracking in the first instance and check your parcel has not been delivered to a neighbour or gone back to a depot if you were not home when they attempted delivery. If you have all this and 3 days have passed then get in touch and we will look into this for you.

At present we do not offer a gift wrap service, however all of our products are packed to a high standard.

Yes! We offer a free handwritten gift tag if you are sending a gift. You will find this option on your basket page.

We do offer our products B2B, but in the main we are a retail business. Please refer to our B2B page here. Or for larger orders directly imported, please get in touch to discuss. As we are not a wholesaler, VAT at the current rate will be applied to your total order amount. Minimum orders will apply for bulk discounts.
